The Constitutional Drafting Committee of the Theravada Buddhist Council of Malaysia had its final meeting at Pustaka Nalanda today. The committee had completed the drafting of the Rules and Regulations for the proper governance of the Council.   The draft has also been approved by its senior Sangha Advisers.
