"You Can, Love!"

The Youth Camp was organised by students from Nalanda Dharma School.  A variety of lively activities were carried out to bring out the message of loving-kindness to the participants and to allow them to experience the meaning of true love.
The participants were divided into four groups.  Each group was to come up with a group name, logo and cheers relating to love.
Participants were evaluated based on their teamwork, clarity of presentation and creativity.

A workshop going by the title of “What is Love?” was conducted by Sis. Ong Sing Yee.  It was an entertaining one with participants discovered more about love and relationships.
Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.
A second workshop was conducted by Bro. Johnson Mah who spoke about “Maintaining a Healthy Relationship.” He said that respect and understanding is vital in all relationships. He also emphasised on the golden rule, which is, ‘Do unto others as you would have them do unto you’.
For approximately two hours, the participants thoroughly enjoyed the mixing and moulding, particularly the younger ones as it was an entirely new experience.
Discussion session on “Love Problems Teenagers Faced Today”.
On the final day of the camp, the participants presented their campaigns to the devotees attending the Service Sunday and also distributed the cookies they baked to the audience.
