A launching ceremony to officiate the Buddhist Community Alliance will be held on 1 May 2010 (Saturday), 9am at Dhamma Vijaya Meditation Centre in Dengkil.
The programme for the launching ceremony is :
9.00 am - Puja
9.20 am - Speech by Chairman of BCA
9.25 am - Speech by Representative of the Maha Sangha
9.30 am - Statements by Presidents of BCA members & signing of the MoU
9.45 am - Speech by Dr. Tan Ho Soon
10.00 am - Tree Planting Ceremony
10.20 am - Fellowship Activities : Dhamma Quiz, Treasure Hunt & Colouring Contest
11.30 am - Lunch Dana & Hymn Performances
Dhamma quiz is open for adults 19 years old and above, whereas Treasure Hunt is for teenagers aged 13 to 18, and Colouring Contest for children from 4 to 12 years old.
