Symposium - "History of Buddhism in Malaysia"

The Rise & Fall of Malayan Buddhist Polities – Srivijaya, Kedah and Langkasuka

This Symposium is brought to you in conjunction with the 2,600th Anniversary of Buddhism this year.

It will examine the reasons behind the establishment and eventual decline of these polities in the context of political, commercial, social and religious development.
