LMS373 Mentoring Skills for Leaders
This is a special training course for those who need to guide others especially in voluntary works. Challenges may arise when we are not well equipped with the skills of guiding volunteers systematically and properly. As such, mentoring skills are important for us to serve the Buddha-sasana better.
