Message From The Management Committee

"Congratulation and appreciation for excellent services in BCAF"

-From The Management Committee

Dear members and devotees,

The Buddhist Culture & Arts Festival (BCAF) has just been well concluded. The five-day long event has been well responded by public and thousands from many corners of Malaysia have come and shown their support for this biggest ever Buddhist event held in the country.

While enjoying the fruit of success, people may easily fall into delusion that success is just a blink rather than a ripening process. It comes so fast. But people may be unaware of the other side of the story that it will slip away even faster if we do not really see through the whole ripening process. It actually takes time. It takes energy. It also takes a lot of money behind the scene. It involves a lot of good planning and hard work. All these factors have actually contributed to the ripening process that happens step by step!

Again, the goodwill of people must not be forgotten. We could see many members and devotees have contributed immensely their energy and time before and throughout the event. Your spirited services given were impeccable and more than that of a conventional volunteer. Yet, you did it happily not simply for yourself but for the benefit of other people.

On behalf of Management Committee, I would like to congratulate and thank all of you for having done a great job. “A learner is a practitioner”, you have shown both learning and practicing qualities in making every part that Nalanda participated in the event a success. We are proud of you!

May the Triple Gem bless you and your family members.
